Title: Martini Bay Kitchen Staff Cooks and Dishwashers
Martini Bay Bar and Grill in Lake Havasu City is looking for experienced kitchen staff. We are currently looking for line cooks and prep cooks to fill positions that are now open. Prep cooks must have at least one year of experience in the kitchen preparing fresh menu items. Must be able to work weekends and holidays. Requirements: To work at this position, one has to possess exceptional culinary insight. Knowledge of standard food preparation and storage techniques is a plus point, and the ability to work in a high volume environment is a plus point. This position also requires teamwork and no one that requires hero-worship (it won't happen). Must also be capable of helping with large banquets and be into details. No good plate goes out without becoming great. Must also have a Food Handler's Card or ServSafe Certification. We prefer someone who has completed the CTA Course for Lake Havasu, but it is not required.
