As a Commercial Sales Specialist, you will focus on generating new business and expanding commercial accounts across industries such as manufacturing, hospitality, healthcare, food processing, and property management. Responsibilities include prospecting through cold calling and field visits, conducting customer site assessments, developing customized service proposals, presenting solutions to operational decision-makers, negotiating contracts, and managing opportunities through CRM systems. Success in this role means consistently building pipeline activity, closing new business, and developing strong customer relationships.

This is a well-developed professional sales program designed to take high-potential military talent and provide a clear path for long-term success. This is a field-based outside sales role that combines customer visits, prospecting, and territory management. Sales representatives spend time meeting with business owners, facility managers, operations leaders, and procurement teams while managing opportunities through CRM systems and coordinating closely with service operations teams. The role requires a self-driven mindset, strong organization, comfort with cold outreach, and the ability to manage multiple customer relationships and sales opportunities simultaneously. This is a daily-travel role with you at home at night. For insurance purposes, you must have a clean driving record and a current, valid driver's license.

Salary: First year targeted compensation package will be 75k+ which includes Salary/Commissions/Car Program. Full benefits include Medical/Dental/Vision/401k.
