We are seeking a Google Dialogflow CX expert to design, configure, and optimize enterprise conversational experiences. This role will work across conversation design, fulfillment integration, session management, and platform orchestration to deliver scalable and reliable virtual assistant journeys. The ideal candidate combines strong Dialogflow CX expertise with practical experience integrating conversational platforms with backend services in cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain conversational flows in Dialogflow CX.
Configure intents, pages, routes, parameters, events, and fulfillment logic.
Define and manage conversation state, routing behavior, and session continuity.
Partner with backend and platform teams to integrate conversational flows with external services.
Improve conversation quality, fallback handling, escalation paths, and overall user experience.
Support testing, troubleshooting, deployment validation, and production issue analysis.
Establish best practices for maintainable and scalable conversational design.
Contribute to technical documentation and platform standards.
Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Google Dialogflow CX.
Strong understanding of conversational design patterns and stateful flow management.
Experience integrating Dialogflow CX with webhook or API-driven backend services.
Familiarity with cloud-native application environments and service integrations.
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills for conversation and fulfillment issues.
Experience working with JSON-based request and response payloads.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Google Cloud services such as Cloud Run, Firestore, IAM, and Logging.
Experience with contact center, customer support, or enterprise virtual assistant platforms.
Familiarity with LLM-enabled conversational systems or agentic AI platforms.
Experience with live-agent handoff and multi-channel conversational integrations.
