Business Analyst - Oracle CPQ Location: Remote (Greenville, SC 29615) Pay Rate: $50.57 / hour
The Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst with hands-on Oracle CPQ expertise to serve as the vital bridge between our business stakeholders and technical development teams. Youwill be responsible for translating complex business needs into clear technical requirements, ensuring that our quoting and proposal tools are optimized for global success.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirement Lifecycle: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Support the Product Owner in refining user stories and defining clear acceptance criteria.
- Oracle CPQ Tactical Support: Attend daily grooming sessions to clarify requirements, monitor progress, and drive development results.
- Intake & Refinement: Filter "Aha!" suggestions and conduct intake calls to transform ideas into actionable Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
- Testing & Quality: Test new enhancements to ensure they meet user story needs. Verify that production releases are complete, correct, and accompanied by clear release notes.
- Special Projects: Participate in the pilot implementation of the CSS Quoting Process 2.0 and drive ongoing enhancements to the Aspose Proposal Generation Tool.
- Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for the Development Team (DT) to answer requirement-related questions during the build phase.
- Direct Experience: Proven hands-on experience with Oracle CPQ, including an understanding of user experience and CPQ business processes.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to conduct detailed process analysis and translate business friction points into technical solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills; must be comfortable facilitating communication between non-technical stakeholders and engineering teams.
- Time Zone Flexibility: Ability to work hours that partially align with US Mountain Time to collaborate with key stakeholders.
- Tools: Familiarity with Aha!, Jira, or similar requirement-tracking and project management software.
