Learn About the Role

Senior Customer Service Coordinators at Capital One are tasked with providing the best customer service. Your responsibilities include:

  • Advocate for customers, problem solve, and own issue resolution while complying with regulations.
  • Investigate customer concerns, implement process improvements, and report trending issues.
  • Support other customer service advocates, guiding them to the right resources.


Basic Qualifications
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
  • At least 3 years of Customer Service or Call Center experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.

Preferred Qualifications
  • At least 4 years of Customer Service or Call Center experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the Financial Industry.
  • At least 1 year of Collections experience.

Work from Home Technology Requirements
  • Secure home office environment free from background noise and distractions.
  • Reliable private internet connection (not cellular data or hotspot).

  1. Private network that is password protected where you have ownership or line?of?site sight to all devices.
  2. Internet service must be provided by Cable or Fiber ISP.
  3. Hotspots and satellite services are prohibited.
  4. ISP download speeds on VPN must be at least 5?Mbps (10?+?Mbps preferred).
  5. To validate speeds, test via Google Speed Test.


  • Both hardwire and Wi?Fi connections acceptable if speed and security requirements are met.

  • Work from Home Location Requirements

    • Candidates must live within 100?mile radius of one of the listed zip codes and be able to report in person when required.
