What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Support the development of multi?year strategic plans at the enterprise and business unit levels
• Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities

What is Required (Qualifications)

• High school diploma required
• Minimum of 6 years of related professional experience, including 2-5 years in management consulting or corporate strategy within the Property & Casualty industry
• Proven experience supporting strategic planning cycles and distilling insights into executive?ready deliverables
• Strong skills in competitive benchmarking, industry trend analysis, and financial modeling
• Experience collaborating with cross?functional peers and executive leadership

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field; MBA is a plus
• Familiarity with various business lines within the Property and Casualty industry, including Personal Lines and Commercial Lines
• Strong business acumen and problem?solving skills with a strategic mindset
• Proficiency in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and synthesizing complex data sets
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to communicate findings to senior leadership
