Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, social media, or email in a professional manner
• Maintain and update customer account information while addressing issues and concerns
• Schedule delivery orders and assist with general customer service tasks, including account setup and soft collections

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 or more years of customer service experience
• Strong organizational skills with typing and data entry experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Access
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship
