Overview

We are looking for an entry-level, remote Office Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team. The Office Executive Assistant will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring seamless communication and organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage schedules and coordinate appointments
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communication
  • Handle incoming calls, emails and correspondence
  • Maintain and update office files and databases
  • Plan and coordinate team events and meetings
  • Provide support in daily administrative tasks
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar administrative role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
  • Positive and proactive attitude, with a strong work ethic
  • High school diploma; additional qualification as an administrative assistant is a plus
