General objective of the role
The Talent Acquisition Partner will serve as the strategic and hands‑on recruiter for our North American operations. This role will lead full‑cycle recruiting across Sales, Agronomy, Marketing, Crop Care, and Operations functions while helping to establish efficient and scalable hiring practices. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on recruiter who is passionate about finding great talent, building relationships, and growing their skills in a fast‑moving, mission‑driven company. You'll have the opportunity to help shape our hiring culture and candidate experience as we expand our U.S. footprint.
Reporting lines and interactions
This role reports directly to the Director of Human Resources, North America. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, business leaders, and the HR team in Switzerland to ensure alignment between business needs and recruiting strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
- Manage full life‑cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer coordination.
- Support the rollout and adoption of our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Help improve recruiting processes and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Assist hiring managers with interview planning, selection, and communication best practices.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for specialized positions across, Sales, Agronomy, Turf, and Marketing.
- Promote Ecorobotix's culture and mission through outreach, social engagement and organization of in‑person and virtual events with universities and other institutions.
- Collaborate on onboarding and company culture initiatives to support a growing U.S. team.
Qualifications
- Formal education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field — or comparable experience demonstrating similar expertise.
- 3-5 years of recruiting experience, ideally with exposure to technical commercial roles (Sales, Agronomy, Crop Science, Marketing, or similar).
- Experience supporting or helping to implement an applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills across diverse teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.
- Genuine passion for sustainable technology, agriculture, and building exceptional workplace culture.
Experience / Skills
- Proven success managing multiple requisitions in a high‑growth or scale‑up environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to represent Ecorobotix's culture and mission externally.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Strong organization and follow‑through; able to manage recruiting pipelines efficiently.
- Creative and proactive in finding new ways to attract and engage candidates.
