Individual and Medicare Phone Sales Associate - Remote

Location: Remote. Providence Health Plan (PHP) is seeking an Individual and Medicare Phone Sales Associate to support Medicare and Individual/Family lines of business.

Responsibilities

• Be accountable for and facilitate PHP's detailed benefits management support of Medicare and Individual/Family lines of business
• Support detailed benefits requirements and deliverables for the full life cycle of the product portfolio, including:
• Operational impact analysis
• Support of the annual materials process and product life-cycle deliverables by phase
• Develop and maintain a highly detailed understanding of PHP benefits across the portfolio
• Provide support and thought-partnership to all stakeholders and team members supporting the successful annual life-cycle and delivery of the product portfolio

Additional Responsibilities (Producer Support)

• Be accountable for and facilitate PHP's detailed benefits management support of Medicare and Individual/Family lines of business
• Support detailed benefits requirements and deliverables for the full life cycle of the product portfolio including:
• Benefit scenario analysis
• Operational impact analysis
• Business decision documentation development
• Support of the annual materials process and product life-cycle deliverables by phase
• Maintain a highly detailed understanding and expertise of PHP benefits across the portfolio
• Provide support and thought-partnership to all stakeholders and team members supporting the successful annual life-cycle and delivery of the product portfolio

Location Eligibility

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Healthcare Administration OR a combination of equivalent education and experience
• 5+ years of experience with benefits in a fast-paced Medicare product annual life cycle
• Experience working with teams and staff of various capacities, approaches, and work-styles
• Strong verbal and written presentation skills
• Experience in an environment with shifting priorities, requiring flexibility and prioritization
• Experience supporting scenario and impact analysis for annual strategic benefit planning and change impact
• Broad and deep experience with current Medicare benefits, product portfolio, and annual life-cycle process

• California (All Northern California - Except Humboldt): Min $26.25, Max $40.11
• California (All Southern California - Except Bakersfield): Min $23.39, Max $35.78
• California (Bakersfield): Min $22.44, Max $34.33
• Oregon (Non-Portland Service Area): Min $20.92, Max $32.00
• Oregon (Portland Service Area): Min $22.44, Max $34.33
• Washington (Western - Except Tukwila): Min $23.39, Max $35.78
• Washington (Southwest - Olympia, Centralia & Below): Min $22.44, Max $34.33
• Washington (Tukwila): Min $23.39, Max $35.78
• Washington (Eastern): Min $19.97, Max $30.54
