Responsibilities

• Accurately inputting a high volume of data from various sources into designated databases and spreadsheets.
• Verifying and validating data for accuracy and completeness before entry.
• Maintaining data integrity by following established data entry procedures and guidelines.
• Identifying and resolving data discrepancies or errors promptly.
• Organizing and managing electronic files and records related to data entry.
• Meeting daily and weekly data entry targets while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
• Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors regarding data entry progress and any issues encountered.
• Protecting confidential data and adhering to data security protocols.

Requirements

• Proven experience in data entry or related administrative roles.
• Excellent typing skills with high accuracy and speed.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
