What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize sales opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to understand their needs and identify upsell opportunities
- Establish relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations, acting as a trusted advisor
- Manage territory activities, including lead generation and sales forecasting
- Stay informed about industry trends and customer feedback to inform sales strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of two (2) years of proven successful sales experience in telephone sales, personal selling, and customer service
- Bachelors degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and telephone skills
- Proficiency with MS Office software and CRM technology

- Demonstrated knowledge of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and closing strategies
- Experience in building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely

- Proven track record of success in sales with a focus on revenue growth
