Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, and permissions
• Create and edit reports and dashboards based on user requirements
• Assist and train users on navigating and using the Salesforce environment
• Manage end-user cases, case queues, and case escalations within the Salesforce organization
• Monitor recurring requests and identify training opportunities using Case Queue and other ticketing systems

Qualifications

• Salesforce Administrator Certification
• 1+ year of Salesforce Administrator experience
• Strong active listening skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail when communicating with end users (verbal & written)

Preferred Qualifications

• Proactive attitude towards platform enhancements
• Strong attention to data quality and accuracy
