What Youll Do (Every Day)

• Call warm, inbound leads (no cold prospecting)
• Quote policies in real time for Texas clients
• Close dealsoften on the first call
• Hit monthly targets tied directly to commission bonuses

Requirements

• Active Texas Property and Casualty license (required)
• Must be willing to obtain a non?resident license
• Must reside in the United States
• Bilingual in Spanish? Thats a big plus, not a must
• 1+ year of sales experience required (insurance, call center, or high?volume inside sales)
• Home office setup: reliable Wi?Fi, quiet background
