Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Life Insurance Sales Representative to join our agency. In this role, you will be responsible for selling life insurance policies to potential clients that have reached out to our agency requesting information on our products. This is a commission-only position, meaning you will be compensated based on the policies you sell. Both full and part-time sales and team management positions are available. Work from anywhere!

• Full-Time or Part-Time Commission Only
• Highly motivated self-starter with strong customer service background and passion for helping people.
• Effective communicator, teachable, trainable, and able to build rapport easily with customers.

Responsibilities

• Servicing leads by responding as soon as each lead is received.
• Scheduling own appointments from clients who have requested information.
• Identifying and understanding the needs of potential clients to offer appropriate life insurance products.
• Presenting and explaining insurance policy options to clients and providing professional advice to help them make informed decisions.
• Maintaining accurate records of sales, customer information, and client interactions.
• Following up with clients and prospective clients to ensure customer satisfaction and to close sales.
• Attending training sessions and staying up to date on industry trends and regulations.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
• Strong customer service skills and a client?focused mindset.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and potential clients.
• Active life insurance license in the state(s) you will be selling in.

Compensation
This is a commission-only position; earning potential is unlimited, and high?performing sales representatives have the opportunity to make a significant income. We provide training and support to help you succeed in this role.
