Inbound Personal Lines Producer

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $40,000 - $65,000 annually (hourly rate plus commission).
• Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package available for full-time employees.
• Remote Work: Available.

Responsibilities

• Create personalized video proposals and conduct coverage reviews for personal lines and small business accounts.
• Utilize screen-sharing tools to present proposals and close sales effectively.
• Collaborate with the team to finalize proposals and ensure accuracy.
• Provide high-quality service to clients, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Manage client interactions and communications through CRM software.
• Support the team in handling increased volumes of proposals and sales activities.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licensure/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in personal lines or small business insurance.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and familiarity with video communication tools.
