We are seeking a Sales Technical Solutions Engineer to join our team. As a technical expert who bridges the gap between client needs and BairesDevs solutions, you'll play a critical role in the sales process by engaging with leads and prospects, designing tailored technical solutions, and collaborating with sales and delivery teams to secure new business opportunities.
This role combines presales expertise, delivery knowledge, and consulting skills, requiring both technical depth and strong communication abilities. You'll define project scope, assemble cross?functional delivery teams, and respond to complex RFPs and RFIs while ensuring each solution is viable, competitive, and aligned with client objectives.
