Responsibilities

• Provide education and guidance to customers regarding retirement product solutions
• Learn all products in assigned specialty area and ensure customers understand their options
• Identify multi-product needs and connect customers to appropriate specialists
• Work with relationship managers and fulfillment analysts to initiate product requests
• Handle routine inquiries and make product recommendations

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a business field or equivalent professional experience
• FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65; or FINRA Series 7 and 66 at time of hire
• Life license (or obtain within 90 days)
• One year of experience in the financial services industry
• Proficiency using MS Office and strong written/verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• CFP and/or CRPC certification
• Knowledge of CRM (Salesforce.com) and digital financial advice platforms
• Experience in customer service and problem-solving within the financial sector
