What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Collaborate with stakeholders and product teams to break down large epics into manageable features and user stories
• Develop and create requirements to enhance tools and streamline processes for improved efficiency
• Conduct testing and validation of accessibility for web and mobile applications to ensure compliance with standards
• Implement continuous improvements in DevSecOps processes and tools
• Document the current state of the environment and produce recommendations for enhancements

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum 3 years of related experience in business process and system analysis
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain a U.S. government Security/Suitability Clearance
• BS Degree in an IT field or BS in a non-IT field with 3 years of related IT experience
• Experience with programming or scripting languages and DevSecOps environments
• Proficiency with accessibility testing and knowledge of Section 508 and WCAG standards

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with Git Source Control Management (SCM) providers
• Familiarity with cloud computing environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Knowledge of integrating test automation into CI/CD Pipelines
• Proven experience with accessibility evaluation tools and assistive technologies
