Job Summary

Focused on achieving Inspire Brands goal for Net Unit Growth (NUG) for the assigned brands (Arbys, Baskin?Robbins, Buffalo Wild Wings, BWW Go, Dunkin, Jimmy Johns, Sonic). Work with a director or senior director to develop sales strategydefining who, where, how, and how muchto meet or exceed annual development commitment targets. Sales of future development commitments to existing, cross?brand, and prospective franchisees. Lead generation, candidate qualification, and negotiations. Engage with brand teams to build strong relationships and provide FDD suggestions that benefit sales. Accurate forecasting of quarterly commitments and management/mentoring of franchising and sales associates. Foster the OneInspire culture.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve annual commitment targets.
  • Prospect, qualify, and negotiate franchise development agreements.
  • Forecast quarterly commitments and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Provide FDD suggestions to directors that enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Manage, develop, and mentor sales and franchising managers.
  • Represent Inspires culture and values in all interactions.
  • Allocate time: 60% selling, 10% management/mentoring, 30% administration.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
  • Experience: 3+ years in non?traditional development and franchise sales; experience in fast?casual, QSR, or full?service operations preferred.
  • Ability to negotiate with both small and sophisticated franchise partners.
  • Strong financial acumen (P&L, cash?on?cash returns, incentive structures).
  • In-depth knowledge of franchise agreements, FDDs, legal aspects, and construction standards.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, presentation skills, and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Comfortable travel up to 25% for conventions, meetings, and prospecting.


Compensation

Salary $108,456 $212,895 per year, based on experience, education, and location. Includes company bonus program.
