What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Support the identification of potential risks across operational, financial, regulatory, and strategic domains
Assist in conducting risk assessments using qualitative and quantitative methods to prioritize risks based on likelihood and impact
Identify and analyze data on emerging risks, preparing and presenting insights to leadership and stakeholders
Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement risk mitigation plans and controls
Monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) and report on exposures to ensure timely escalation and resolution
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS Diploma or GED required
2 years of work experience in Enterprise Risk Management, Operational Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit, Business, or Finance
Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
Intermediate skills in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in managed healthcare, health insurance, or other highly regulated industries
Experience researching and interpreting regulatory guidance
Certified Enterprise Risk Professional, Certified Internal Auditor, or Certified Public Accountant
