What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Support the identification of potential risks across operational, financial, regulatory, and strategic domains
• Assist in conducting risk assessments using qualitative and quantitative methods to prioritize risks based on likelihood and impact
• Identify and analyze data on emerging risks, preparing and presenting insights to leadership and stakeholders
• Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement risk mitigation plans and controls
  
• Monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) and report on exposures to ensure timely escalation and resolution

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS Diploma or GED required
• 2 years of work experience in Enterprise Risk Management, Operational Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit, Business, or Finance
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Experience in managed healthcare, health insurance, or other highly regulated industries
• Experience researching and interpreting regulatory guidance
• Certified Enterprise Risk Professional, Certified Internal Auditor, or Certified Public Accountant
