Regional Sales Manager (Belgard Hardscapes) - Remote

Join Oldcastle APG as a regional sales manager for Belgard hardscape products. This is a remote role that requires living in Illinois, Michigan, Ohio or Indiana.

Job Location

Remote; must reside in Illinois, Michigan, Ohio, or Indiana.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the sales team to exceed targets while maintaining high customer service standards.
• Develop and execute annual sales plans, track progress, and adjust strategies to meet goals.
• Build and sustain long?lasting relationships with major accounts, identifying new business opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, assess product portfolios, and drive new product introductions.
• Collaborate with production and operations to ensure quality, availability, and demand meet our standards.
• Oversee sales administrative tasks and manage special orders.
• Scout for new markets and customers, expanding our footprint.
• Maintain financial discipline by managing staffing, marketing, and travel costs.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Management, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in outside sales or sales management, preferably within building materials or hardscapes.
• Strong ability to lead and motivate a results?focused sales team.
• Deep understanding of market trends, sales analytics, and data?driven strategy.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and data analysis for sales decisions.
• Ability to travel up to 50%, including overnight stays within the region.

Compensation

• Base salary $105,000$125,000 plus annual bonus.
