Opportunity

Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks an enthusiastic Director to join our Hyatt Sales Force Team where youll workalongside a team of 60 field professionals who love what they do. In this role, you will manage accounts based in the Northeast (Corporate & Third Party) as well as Third Parties in Canada that have business for our all-inclusive resorts and hotels worldwide. You will collaborate closely with the broader Hyatt Hotels sales teams, be instrumental in making Hyatt a leading hospitality company, and contribute to a culture of care and belonging.

Responsibilities

  • Generate business for Hyatt Inclusive Collection hotels through direct sales efforts, follow?up, and proper sales administration.
  • Focus primarily on Hyatt Inclusive Collection hotels while selling the entire Hyatt portfolio globally.
  • Identify group business through telephone prospecting, reviewing lost opportunities, and utilizing market analytic tools.
  • Qualify and target accounts.
  • Build customer relationships and solve problems, maintaining ongoing communication with key accounts in the Northeast and Canada.
  • Manage accounts to grow overall share within the Hyatt portfolio.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in hotel sales operations, managing action plans, and collaborating with team members.
  • Strong segmentation knowledge of Corporate and Third Party markets.
  • Bachelors degree (preferred).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, Envision Sales System, LinkedIn, Outlook.

Salary

The salary range for this position is $90,900 - $118,000. This role is also eligible for our Sales Incentive Plan. The final pay rate offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level, and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work. Pay will meet local requirements, including the local minimum wage rate.
