As a Platform Support Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and user support within the Salesforce domain, including planning, requirements gathering, functionality design, testing/validation, deployment, and change management for system enhancements, projects, and issue resolution. You will collaborate closely with various business teams, subject matter experts, and functional and technical stakeholders across the organization to support production systems and users. Your role includes gathering and analyzing data to ensure thorough documentation of user stories, business requirements and functional designs that align with defined business objectives and success criteria.
