Responsibilities

Manages and coordinates all branch operations for pest control and the Taexx® system, including sales, marketing, installation, and service by performing the following duties.

As a HomeTeam General Manager, you can expect to:

1. Manage all branch operations in line with budgeted financial performance
2. Lead and coordinate service, sales, and administrative leadership in accordance with branch/company goals.
3. Display ability to explain information to different audiences.
4. Will maintain high standards and create a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
5. Prepare operational and financial projections and develop strategies for achieving the goals set out in those projections
6. Demonstrate the ability to answer questions, research problems, resolve issues and ensure customer's expectations are met
7. Prepare composite reports according to corporate requirements from individual reports of subordinates
8. Develop and execute an effective sales and marketing strategy
9. Manage all aspects of the homebuilder relationship at the local operational level and coordinate with corporate staff all efforts aimed at capitalizing on business with national/multi-market homebuilders
10. Create a positive work environment. Attracts and selects high caliber employees, while maintaining qualified staff
11. Delegate duties and examine work for exactness, neatness and conformance to policies and procedures
12. Maintain appropriate certification/licensing as required by the state and/or by Region management
13. Responsible for adjusting errors and complaints with all team members, homebuilders, and homeowners
14. Assists subordinates in the performance of duties and steps in to perform duties when necessary

Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements: 3 or more years' experience in a management role, within a Service Route Based Environment
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED; College degree preferred
• Must have experience with sales, marketing, and office administration
• Experience supervising, coaching, and developing staff
• High level of written and verbal communication skills
