Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating administrative work within our establishment, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle communications, including emails, phone calls, and in-person inquiries.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain records and filing systems.
  • Support management and other staff members in daily tasks as needed.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office management role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
