The Services Team is the backbone of our organization's commitment to customer and
partner success. We drive partner enablement by equipping partners with the knowledge,
tools, and support to deliver exceptional outcomes, while also providing professional
services.
As a Consultant on Actionstep's Services team, you will play a key role in delivering
implementation and professional services engagements, helping customers and partners
realize the full value of our legal practice management software. Consultants contribute
to customer projects, support Certified Consulting Partners (CCPs) on engagements, and
develop subject matter expertise across our product, delivery strategy, and implementation frameworks. You will work closely with Solution Architects, Project Managers, and other Services team members to provide guidance on customer projects, contribute to partner-led initiatives, and support the continuous improvement of our delivery practices. This role is customer-facing, collaborative, and provides opportunities for both independent delivery and professional growth under the mentorship of more senior team members.
o Deliver and support implementation and professional services for customers,
ranging from standard to complex engagements depending on experience.
o Contribute to solution design, configuration, and delivery activities as part of
customer and partner projects.
o Develop subject matter expertise in product configuration, delivery strategy, and
implementation frameworks.
o Support Certified Consulting Partners with guidance, troubleshooting, and best
Practices.
o Assist with escalations on partner-led and internal projects to ensure successful
outcomes.
o Provide input to scoping activities, including level-of-effort (LOE) estimates and
project planning.
o Deliver or contribute to customer-facing training services, as needed.
o Support onboarding and enablement of new partners to ensure consistent
delivery quality.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Solution Architects, Service
Delivery, Technical Services, and the PMO.
o Grow your expertise in consulting and product configuration, with opportunities to
share knowledge and support others as your experience increases.
o Support pre-sales activities when needed by providing input on implementation
best practices and delivery approach.· Experience in software implementation, professional services, or consulting; SaaS
or legal technology experience is an advantage.
