What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Manage governance of overall HubSpot processes across marketing and optimize system infrastructure
• Provide technical support for HubSpot users and ensure accurate reporting and lead tracking
• Oversee lifecycle marketing, ensuring integration between HubSpot and Salesforce
• Manage campaign execution, including QR code creation, tracking, and analytics
• Identify opportunities for workflow optimizations and assist with new technology implementations

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• HubSpot certification
• 3+ years of experience managing the HubSpot marketing automation platform
• 5+ years of combined experience in project lead, marketing operations, or related fields
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
