Senior Scheduler Remote (Located in Bend, OR)

Overview

At EXP, we provide innovative solutions for the worlds built and natural environments. This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Scheduling Lead who will create and maintain project schedules, coordinate with teams, analyzetimelines, and adjust schedules to accommodate changes. The role involves regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates and resolve scheduling conflicts. Attention to detail and effective time management are key.

Responsibilities
  • Develop a baseline schedule while coordinating with project management and design leads.
  • Use scheduling software to implement, maintain and analyze the project schedule, including coding/allocating resources, costs, and sequencing information.
  • Coordinate project controls to assess risk and prepare risk/impact assessments of schedule changes for the project team.
  • Analyze changes to the project schedule and their impact on cost and timeline; ensure version control.
  • Document, analyze, and communicate the impact of change orders and delays on the schedule and cost.
  • Lead design team scheduling meetings with project management representation; prepare detailed weekly reports and distribute to Design Build partners.
  • Collaborate with Commercial to forecast and manage the project budget in relation to the schedule and schedule of values.
  • Produce a 5-week look-ahead in coordination with Design Build partners for weekly client review.
  • Per?form risk mitigation, estimating and develop contingency models as needed.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of scheduling experience, including at least 5 years in Life Science.
  • Experience in project scheduling and time management; proficiency with scheduling software/tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities; ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in engineering or construction is a plus; exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
Pay and About Us

The base pay range is $150,000.00/yr - $210,000.00/yr. Actual compensation is based on factors such as skill set, experience, certifications, and work location. This may differ by location due to cost of labor considerations.
