What We Do

Working with business departments, we drive process improvement by identifying opportunities, defining, documenting processes and procedures, and assessing training needs. We oversee projects, act as a liaison and strategic partner between FAC and external entities, and generate, update and create various products and services. When new processes are identified, we may drive implementation or hand off to the Project Management Team for implementation. As a seasoned analyst, we manage a wide range of complex and diverse projects across multiple areas, develop creative solutions, drive change, and provide significant customer interface.

How Youll Contribute

• Conduct business process evaluations and interview internal and external customers to gain knowledge of business requirements.


• Identify problems, define business process requirements, research alternatives, negotiate resources, develop solutions, achieve consensus, test solutions, and implement solutions over a complete business process.


• Consider business implications of workflow and processes in the current business environment.


• Create reports; research, analyze, and integrate data to identify and track trends; adjust project/process direction; report vital information to management and business partner.


• Other duties as assigned.

What Youll Bring

Required Education, Experience, Certification/Licensure

• Typically requires BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.


• Typically 4-8 years of directly related experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

• Excellent organizational and project management skills.


• Good understanding of Agile methodology and the ability to apply Agile principles throughout the project lifecycle.


• Strong written and oral communication skills in order to define business and technical parameters and lead team to meet business requirements.


• Analytical skills.


• Has knowledge of general business environment/operation and has general cost benefit awareness.


• Business acumen.
