Job Details

This job requires that you learn and perform general mill operations. Other duties include, but are not limited to, cleaning, organizing, painting, and labeling, and occasionally performing grounds duties such as cleaning and mowing, pest control, painting around chicken houses and other general areas. Other duties may be assigned by management. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Responsible for cleanliness and organization of the mill areas - precise list to be determined by the mill manager of the particular location. Responsible in assisting the mill manager with general mill operations. Responsible for assisting with farm grounds duties such as mowing, painting, cleaning, water treatment, and pest control. Responsible for special grounds duties as assigned by the complex manager. Responsible for becoming familiar with feed mill paperwork and inventory functions, including tickets, daily bin inventory, and reporting paperwork to the main office.
