Location: Remote to Puerto Rico
Key Responsibilities
Works as a technical lead and with customer nominated representatives to accomplish assigned tasks. Contributes to design for specific deliverables and assists in the development of technical solutions.
Participate as part of a team and maintains good relationships with team members and customers. Understands DXC strategy and the role that the individual plays.
Uses knowledge tools and reuses information for the benefit of projects, and of professional development.
Qualifications
Education and Experience Required: 6+ years of technical experience SAP ABAP development and a Bachelor of Arts/Science or equivalent degree in computer science or related area of study.
A Computer or Industrial Engineer Bachelor or equivalent Degree
ABAP Programming and software development knowledge (Reports, ALV, Function Modules, Classes, ABAP proxy)
ABAP For HANA experience (Fiori, CDS Views, AMDP's, Eclipse) – Certification in ABAP development is highly recommended

Enhancements, User exits, BADI
OO Programming
Debugging and program performance tuning
Sufficient depth and breadth of technical knowledge to be individually responsible for the implementation of a specific deliverable
Able to contribute to the design for deliverables
Ability to perform/drive resolution of problems on individual products
Understanding of assigned discipline or technical area
ITIL Process knowledge (a plus) Customer Service experience
Experience leading projects from technical perspective
Strong research and troubleshooting skills
Strong experience with customers in different locations
Bilingual (Spanish/English)
