Job Duties
Check in Guests as they arrive or their Grand Canyon Tour flights, Confirm tours, book air tours, Take payments, issue boarding passes, and assist supervisor with any customer issues.
Education
High school Diploma or GED
Licenses and Certifications
Valid Unexpired Drivers License or State ID
Technical Skills
Basic computer skills, internet, Basic Cash/Credit card handling.
Requirements and Experience
Excellent Customer Service skills, professional demeanor. Must speak English. 7 day operation which requires weekends including Sundays and holidays.
