LifeStream Complete Senior Living at Cook Health Care is a leader in providing high quality and loving care for Seniors in a beautiful retirement community in Youngtown (115th Avenue and Peoria), We seek an energetic and enthusiastic Dining Services Aide to join our team part-time or full-time.

The ideal candidate should be versed in the continuing needs of the senior population and be able to work weekends and holidays as needed. Current Food Handler's Card required. The ability to interact with residents and their families in a compassionate and caring manner.

**Skills / Requirements:**

- Yearly TB test (or Chest X-Ray if required)

- Food Handler's Card

- Must be able to physically assist in the evacuation of Residents

- AZ Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain one)
